Dr. Ean Bauer DVM - Orangeburg Veterinarian

Born in California, Dr. Bauer called New York home at a young age after his family moved to Orange County. 

 

A graduate from Goshen High School, he attended college at the University of Connecticut, followed by the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine.

 

Upon graduating Veterinary School, he spent time working at a veterinary hospital in Northern Virginia before moving back up to New York to establish himself & his family in Rockland County. During his first years in Rockland County, Dr. Bauer simultaneously worked in private practice in Fort Lee, N.J. and emergency medicine in Middletown, N.Y. 

 

In 2003, Dr. Bauer fulfilled his life long dream of opening up his own veterinary hospital-the Palisades Veterinary Hospital-in Orangeburg, N.Y. and after over 16 years of serving the community, the hospital moved to a new, state-of-the-art facility in August 2019. 

 

Dr. Bauer currently lives in Orangeburg with his wife, his 2 children whom attend Pearl River schools, and 3 dogs (Australian Shepherds Kemba & Zeke, and French Bulldog Pearl). He enjoys most outdoor sports, golfing, traveling, hiking with his dogs, and spending time with family & friends.

 

Dr. Bauer is a professional member of the New York State Veterinary Medical Association & the American Veterinary Medical Association.
