COVID-19 IMPORTANT SAFETY MESSAGE

Dear Clients,

 

We would like to thank you for your understanding since implementing curbside care at the Palisades Veterinary Hospital. 

 

Our curbside service allows us to safely follow social distancing measures recommended by the Centers for Disease Control & the World Health Organization. 

 

Until further notice, we will continue to adhere to the following protocol:

 

• When you arrive at the office, please call us at (845)398-7387 to let us know you are here, what type of vehicle you are in, and the best phone number to reach you at. Clients are to remain on-site, unless prior approval for a drop-off appointment was made.

 

• One of our team members will approach your vehicle, gather information about your pet, and bring your pet inside to be examined by the Doctor. 

 

• After the exam and all approved services are completed, we will bring your pet back out to the car and complete the check out process either via phone or at your vechile. As always, our convenient drop-off appointments will be available throughout the day for patients that may require more extended work-ups of if that is a more convenient option for you.

 

• If you are coming to pick up any medications, food, or other products, these will be done as a curbside service as well. Just give us a heads up you’re on your way, and we will do our best to accommodate you as quickly as possible.

 

We will continue to strive to provide the same great service that you have come to know from us while minimizing risk to all. Our staff may greet you with some level of personal protective equipment as a safety precaution while we continue to abide to protective measures.
